Before booking Villa Gilberty, I narrowed my choice down to 3 villas and contacted your office for advice on which one to choose. Your staff were more than helpful in assisting me. Your booking and payment procedure was very simple and effective, just what is needed. On the day we were due to leave, in line with your guidelines, we were ready to vacate the villa at 11. At 10.30 one of your representatives arrived to inform us that, as there was no-one else coming in that day, we could stay longer if we wanted. This was excellent news as our flight was not until 4pm and we would have been hanging round the airport for a few hours. On your recommendation, we had arranged a return taxi ransfer through Acropolis Taxis so we contacted them to arrange a later pick up which they did without hesitation. The taxi driver who picked us up and dropped us off was a lovely man who could not do enough for us." |
