Each villa has an open plan living/dining/kitchen area with satellite TV (limited channels) DVD, CD/Radio. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and hob, fridge/freezer and microwave and there is a separate guest cloakroom.
On the upper level is one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and two twin bedrooms sharing a full bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning units (payable locally). Outside each villa is a 8 metre x 4 metre private swimming pool with sunbeds, umbrellas, barbecue, table and chairs.

Larnaca town centre is within a short distance by car and Ayia Napa can be reached on the new motorway within 30 minutes.
