These newly built 2 bedroom villas are set on an exclusive development of 8 similar detached villas only 100 metres from one of the quiet secluded beaches in Kissonerga. Each villa has been carefully designed in a traditional Mediterranean style reflecting the charm and character of the island and has been teamed with modern interiors and furnishings ensuring a comfortable and relaxed stay.

The ground floor consists of an open plan kitchen/living/dining area. Each villa is equipped with Satellite TV (limited channels) DVD player and hi-fi system. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine and the dining table seats 6. A double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a further twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom are located on the first floor. If preferred, a ground floor twin bedroom with en suite facilities can be utilised instead of the first floor twin bedroom with en-suite facilities, please state your preference at time of booking. All bedrooms and the living area have air conditioning units* for both cooling and heating. A safety deposit box is provided and baby cots and high chairs are available upon request. Each villa also enjoys wi-fi access, with internet facilities also available from the reception.

The 8m x 4m private pool has both walk in steps and ladder access and is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace and well maintained lawned gardens equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and a poolside shower. There is a built in BBQ and separate sink for summer dining al fresco under the shady terrace area outside the kitchen. Each villa has its own private covered parking bay.
