These beautiful sea front Villas are set in a delightful, secluded area called Rodafinia on the outskirts of Chlorakas Village. The quiet landscaped surroundings, the endless sea view from Coral Bay coast to Paphos Harbour and the proximity to the beach makes it easy for any visitor to enjoy the rugged beauty of this region to the full. 

The 4 villas are only 100 meters from the beach, well furnished and all have 3 floors. This villa consists of 6 bedrooms, sleeping 12 persons. The semi-ground floor consists of 3 x twin bedrooms and 1 x shower room. The ground floor consists of an open plan living/dining/kitchen area with TV (local channels only), DVD Player, Stereo CD Player. The kitchen is equipped with an oven & hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. Large dining table. Guest cloakroom. On the first floor you will find 1 x double bedroom with en-suite shower room, 1 x further double bedroom, 1 x  twin bedroom and 1 x full bathroom. All bedrooms and living rooms are equipped with air conditioning units* (7 units in total).

Guests can make use of the extensive lawned communal gardens fronting the sea and a vine-covered gazebo seating up to 16.  The 9 metre x 4.5 metre private swimming pool has a built-in Jacuzzi feature, and sunbeds, umbrellas and a gas barbecue are provided.

Situated approximately midway between Paphos Town centre and the well know sandy beach at Coral Bay the villa is just a few minutes drive or bus ride from each. There is a mini market and a pub within 700 metres of the villa and a selection of restaurants within 2 kilometres. The town of Paphos with its Heritage sites, modern shopping facilities and attractive harbour area is only a few minutes drive away as is the lively beach resort of Coral Bay, with its selection of international restaurants, cafes, bars, mini golf and Go-Karting.
