These two identical, brand new villas are ideally located just 400 metres from the beach of the idyllic Pissouri Bay, on the south coast between the towns of Limassol and Paphos.

The spacious ground floor consists of an open plan living/dining/kitchen.  The living area is comfortably furnished with soft sofas and chairs, and offers Satellite TV (limited channels), DVD player and CD player. The kitchen is equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, and washing machine, and has a large dining table for 6 persons. A terrace overlooking the garden extends from the kitchen and steps from here lead down to the pool area.

The three bedrooms are situated on the first floor. The double master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and its own private balcony with views of the clear blue sea. The two further twin bedrooms share the full family bathroom. Each bedroom has an air conditioning unit*, and the master bedroom has a safe box.

Outside is the 8m x 4m private pool surrounded by a large sunbathing terrace complete with sunbeds, large umbrellas, tables, chairs and a large covered terrace, ideal for outdoor dining. There is a built barbeque area to the side, and also a separate shower room and a covered mini kitchen with a sink and small refrigerator to ensure poolside refreshments can be kept cool.

Situated in the principal vine growing area of Cyprus, Pissouri is situated half way between Limassol and Paphos and is a great base from which to explore both places. It extends from the traditional village on the hillside, down to the sheltered Bay with its clear blue sea, both areas possessing a unique character and charm. Pissouri Bay has an informal collection of excellent fish tavernas and restaurants along the fringe of the sand and shingle beach, all within easy walking distance. Several water sports are available here during the summer season. Pissouri Square has a delightful feel to it and visitors are always pleased to see it has retained it's original Cypriot character. It boasts a good array of tavernas and restaurants and, in the summer, there is a typical Cypriot night in the traffic free square, with the dancing and music enjoyed by holiday makers and locals alike.
