These brand new villas (August 2007) are set in a wonderfully peaceful area just outside the traditional town of Polis . These villas offer spacious accommodation situated on sizeable plots of land in a rural area surrounded by fields and olive groves so each villa enjoys an excellent degree of privacy.

The open plan living/dining/kitchen area features a working fireplace, SKY television (limited channels), DVD player and CD player.  The kitchen is equipped with an oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine and the dining table seats 6.  A twin bedroom with separate shower room (specially adapted for those with mobility difficulties) is situated on the ground floor.  A further twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and the master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (externally accessed) are located on the first floor.  All three bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning units (for cooling and heating), which are included in the price.  A camp bed (suitable only for a child under the age of 12 years) can be provided.  A baby cot and highchair can be provided and a hairdryer and safety deposit box are supplied.

Outside the 8 metre x 4 metre private swimming pool is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, a table and chairs.
