This private villa, being one of two identical villas, is perfect for those seeking a peaceful and relaxing base.

The hillside location allows you to enjoy the magnificent views of the rolling countryside, cornfields and sea sparkling in the distance, nothing short of spectacular! Reached via a private driveway and spaced well apart, both villas offer peace and privacy, and you are guaranteed a warm welcome from the friendly and hospitable owners who live nearby.

The ground floor has an open plan living area with satellite TV - 'Nilesat' (worldwide programmes) and ceiling fans, the kitchen is equipped with an oven and hob, microwave and fridge/freezer. The washing machine is housed in the ground floor shower room. The dining table seats 6. The first bedroom is found on the ground floor, having twin beds and a door leading outside to the pool terrace. Adjacent is a shower room. The first floor has one double bedroom and one twin bedroom and a full bathroom. All of the bedrooms have ceiling fans in addition to air-conditioning units* which can be used for either cooling or heating.

The large upper terrace is the best place to enjoy to the full the panoramic views of the countryside and sea views. The property also has 2 camp beds (suitable for children up to age of 12 years), so could accommodate up to a maximum of 8 persons. Each of the bedrooms is equipped with an air conditioning unit* for both cooling and heating. A safety deposit box, a hairdryer and pool towels are supplied. A baby cot and highchair can be provided on request.

Outside there is a pool shower and sun terraces surround the 9m x 5m swimming pool. Gazebos cover the outdoor dining areas and portable barbeques allow you to enjoy your meals by the poolside. The gardens are beautiful with many different plants, fruit trees and grapevines crawling down from the hilltop.

Location - Paphos, Steni nr Polis

The village of Steni is found in the northwestern part of Cyprus, five kilometers from the Bay of Polis Chrysochous.

Built at an altitude of 200 meters above sea level its wonderful climate produces cherries, avocado, mango, watermelons, apples, lemons and oranges in abundance. Steni is located between mountains and plains and much of the village history relates to the river that flowed across the community with five oil mills situated along its banks, the oldest dating back to the 16 century. The bridge that crossed the river connecting the two parts of the village was the meeting point for locals during the evenings, who would sit chatting while listening to the flow of the river. Even though the river no longer flows through the village, Steni still enjoys a laid back atmosphere. The village is evolving with the times but its developments are controlled so it still retains much of its natural charm and character.

Amongst its modern day amenities Steni counts a small village store, coffee shop and village tavern. Polis the principal town for the region is within an easy 10 minute drive. This traditional town, huddled around a pedestrianised square is a great place to browse the many shops, enjoy a coffee watching the world pass by or dine at any of the wide selection of restaurants, tavernas and cafes which radiate out from the centre. Polis offers the nearest organized beach to the villas backed by tall Eucalyptus trees.

The seaside resort of Latchi, with its well known sea food tavernas is only a few minutes drive from Polis, and here you will find an array of inviting sea-front tavernas with a superb selection of fresh fish and seafood served daily. Beyond Latchi you will find the well known 'Baths of Aphrodite' and for the more adventurous explorer the protected Akamas Peninsular with its many walking trails. Polis and its neighbouring villages count bowling, go-karting, fishing, cycling, watersports and scuba diving amongst the many activities on offer to visitors.

The town of Paphos with its World Heritage Sites, modern shopping facilities, waterpark and attractive harbour area is within a 50 minute drive.
