Cyprus Holiday Villa V3253 Cyprus - Paphos, Argaka4 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, Sleeps 8 This villa offers high standard accommodation in a peaceful setting with spectacular views across citrus orchards towards the clear blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea. The open plan ground floor boasts two sitting areas, one area featuring a working fireplace and the ideal spot for a quiet moment with a book or admiring the view through the large dual aspect windows. The other seating area features the television (limited satellite channels) and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The large dining table comfortably seats 8. The first of the 4 bedrooms is situated on the ground floor and is a twin bedded room with its own en-suite bathroom. Stairs lead to the first floor where the three remaing bedrooms are located. The master double bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom and boasts two private balonies, one of which overlooks the pool out towards the sea. The remaining bedrooms, one twin bedded room and one double bedroom, share the full family bathroom located on this level. A small flatscreen TV (local channels only) is provided in each bedroom. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning units for either cooling or heating which are included in the price. Additional, units are available in the living and dining areas at a supplement*. A safety deposit box is provided and a baby cot, highchair and camp bed (suitable only for a child under the age of 12 years) can be supplied. Outside the 9.5 metre x 4 metre swimming pool (can be heated for a supplement during the winter months) is surounded by a large sunbathing terrace equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and a poolside shower. A pergola provides a shady outdoor dining spot making full use of the barbecue and traditional clay oven provided. The carefully tended garden area also includes a small lawned childrens play area equipped with wooden play apparatus. As the property is equipped with both underfloor heating and an outdoor jacuzzi hot tub* it can be enjoyed year round. Location - Paphos, ArgakaThe village of Argaka is situated on the less commercialised northwest coast of Paphos. A handful of tavernas can be found within a couple of kilometres of the villa, dotted along the coastal road. Polis, the principal town for the area is approximately a 10 minute drive away and here you will find a good selection of restaurants, cafes and shops. The fishing resort of Latchi, the famous 'Baths of Aphrodite' and the unspoilt Akamas Penninsular can be reached within 15 minutes by car. Paphos airport is approximately 45 minutes drive from the villa.
