The ground floor consists of a spacious open plan living/dining room furnished and equipped with comfortable sofas (one of which is a double sofa bed), SKY satellite television (free to air channels), DVD player and a large dining table which comfortably seats 6. The separate kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave and washing machine. Stairs lead to the first floor where the two bedrooms are located. The master double bedroom has it's own private balcony overlooking the square and the second bedroom is a twin bedded room. A full family bathroom on this level completes the accommodation. Both the bedrooms and the living area are equipped with air conditioning units (for both cooling and heating) which are included in the price. A baby cot is available and a safety deposit box is provided. An allocated covered parking space is also available.
The large communal swimming pool has both walk in steps and ladder access and is surrounded by a large sunbathing terrace equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas for guests use.
