A great choice for those seeking a spacious, private villa to relax and explore an unspoilt part of the island. This 3 bedroom bungalow is extremely private with views to the sea over the pool at the front and to the hills at the back. You also get a good view of the village sports/football ground but, regrettably, not many energetic activities take place during the high season months. The extensive orchard behind the villa contains a selection of young fruit trees including date palms, apples, bananas, walnuts, figs, pomegranates, papaya and sultana vines planted and lovingly cared for by the owners who are very keen gardeners.

The accommodation consists of an open plan kitchen/living room/dining room and separate utility room. The living area is equipped with a working fireplace, television (local channels only) and DVD player. The kitchen is equipped with oven and hob, fridge/freezer and washing machine. The double bedroom has it's own en suite bathroom and the two remaining twin bedrooms share the full family bathroom. All the bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning units* for both cooling and heating and both ceiling fans and fly screens are found throughout.

Leading from the shaded patio area off the living area is the 8  x 4 metre private swimming pool with walk-in steps. The pool is surrounded by a terrace area equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, a poolside shower and barbecue.

Ayia Marina is a small, quiet village with a long stretch of unspoilt coastline. The town of Polis is within 10 minutes drive which has a good selection of shops, restaurants, bars, banks etc and the small fishing harbour of Latchi approximately 15 minutes drive from the villa. Paphos town centre is approximately 50 minutes drive.
