An exceptionally spacious and majestic villa, set over 4 levels, in an elevated position on the Peyia hillside, offering superb, panoramic views.  The villa is newly built (completed Autumn 2005) and furnished in modern and tasteful style, and offers beautiful, unobstructed views over the village of Peyia and the sea stretching from Paphos to Coral Bay.

Large double entrance doors open into a cool lobby, with a hallway leading to three bedrooms.  The master double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and the two twin bedded rooms share the full bathroom. The staircase leads downstairs, and opens into the exceptionally spacious lounge.  Facilities include large flat-screen TV with SKY satellite (limited channels), DVD player, CD player, playstation, open fireplace, and air-conditioning.  The large outside terrace offers beautiful, unobstructed views over the village of Peyia and the sea stretching from Paphos to Coral Bay . The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, integrated dishwasher, microwave and washing machine.  Steps from the front terrace lead down to a lower level, and further seating area, covered for shade.

A further flight of steps lead to the 10m x 5m swimming pool, with walk-in steps and a spacious sunbathing terrace set with 6 sunbeds.  This terrace is gated making it a good option for families with small children as access to the pool can be monitored.

The villa is located in a dramatic, elevated position on the hillside of the traditional village of Peyia . The village centre with a few tavernas and bars is less than 5 minutes by car, and the beach resort of Coral Bay can be reached within 10 minutes drive. Coral Bay is famous for it's protected sandy beach and has many international restaurants, bars, shops and nightclub. Paphos Town and harbour can be reached within 20 minutes drive along the coastal road with Paphos Airport approximately 30 minutes drive from the villa. For those that wish to travel further afield, the town of Polis, fishing marina of Latchi, the famous 'Baths of Aphrodite' and the unspoilt Akamas Penninsular are within easy reach of the villa by car.
