Set in a small exclusive development about 500 meters north of the 5-star Coral Beach Hotel is this bright 3 bedroom villa with private swimming pool.

The villa has an open plan living/dining/kitchen area with a double sofa bed, 2 armchairs, Satellite TV (limited channels), DVD player and mini Hi-Fi system.   The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine.  The dining table seats 8 people.  A seperate guest cloakroom is located on the ground floor.

Upstairs there are 3 good-sized bedrooms.  One double bedroom with en-suite shower room and two twin bedrooms which share the full family bathroom.  All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning units for either cooling or heating purposes*

From the living area patio doors lead to a terraced area for outside dining and the 8m x 4m private swimming pool.  Around the pool four sunbeds, umbrellas, table and chairs and a barbecue are provided.  Private parking is available.

The villa is situated close to the sea and is ideal for a relaxing holiday within easy reach of resort amenities.  The best sandy beach in the area is only 1km away and a wide range of bars, taverns and shops are a short drive. Even closer is a smaller sandy beach and a selection of tavernas. Kato Paphos, the main tourist area is a 15-minute drive away to the south with its pretty harbour and castle surrounded by an array of fish restaurants and taverns and an archaeological site with some of the world's most famous mosaics. A 15 minute drive to the north of the villa is the beautiful Akamas Peninsula, a very quiet and unspoiled area which is ideal for walking, fishing, painting, bird and wildlife watching or just lazing in one of the deserted coves or bays. Two golf courses are situated within 30 minutes drive of the villa, as well as a water-park and you can also enjoy a wide array of water sports, boat hire, fishing etc.
