This stunning Cypriot house is found nestled into the heart of the traditional village of Neo Chorio. To enter the villa you walk through wooden double doors off the street and then down stone steps into an idyllic courtyard which boasts a table and chairs and mature plants in terracotta plant pots.

From the courtyard you walk into the villa and in front of you there is a stone archway and then further on in the living area are two large arch windows from where you can see panoramic uninterrupted views of both the mountains and Chrysochous Bay. As you enter the villa you will find an open plan kitchen, dining and living area furnished to a high standard with a very rustic feel. The kitchen is fully fitted with a double oven & hob, dishwasher, and a fridge/freezer that includes a built in water cooler & ice maker. Also to be found in the kitchen is an electric juicer and a hand held blender. In the utility room just off the kitchen you will find the washing machine. The dining area has a large wooden dining table and six chairs. From the dining area you walk into the living area which boasts two red settees and wooden coffee table plus a wood burning fire to keep you cosy in the winter months. For entertainment there is a television with satellite channels (limited) and a DVD player and CD player.

The bedroom is entered from the kitchen and sports two single beds that are positioned together. It has a window giving a view to the courtyard and wooden patio doors onto the patio area. There is a stunning marble ensuite shower with heated towel rail, this ensuite can be accessed from the bedroom and also from a door in the hallway as you enter the villa.

The bedroom has air conditioning for both cooling & heating. A hairdryer is provided.

The patio area has a barbeque plus table and chairs for that al-fresco dining experience. From the patio there are steps leading down to a private swimming pool which has sunbeds and umbrellas so you can relax and soak up the Cyprus sun.
