Situated in the hillside village of Peyia is this brand new (2006) 3 bedroom detached house with private pool and carefully landscaped grounds. The meticulously landscaped gardens have been planted with carefully chosen young trees, and the colourful bushes along the property perimeter provide a degree of natural privacy for the villa and pool area, as well as welcome splashes of colour.

The ground floor consists of an open plan living/dining/kitchen area. The living area is comfortably furnished and equipped with satellite TV (limited channels), DVD player and CD Player. The large dining table comfortably seats 6. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and water cooler. Also located on this floor is a guest cloakroom.

Stairs lead to the first floor where the three bedrooms are located. The master double bedroom has an en-suite shower room and a private balcony . The two twin bedrooms share a full family bathroom.  A safety deposit box and a hairdryer are also supplied for guests use.  Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning along with two additional units on the ground floor (a total of 5 units) and fly screens are fitted to all patio doors. A "Meet and Greet" service is provided upon arrival.  A baby cot is available on request.

Patio doors from the living area lead onto the pool terrace fully equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas. The 8m x 4m swimming pool has both walk in steps and a ladder. To the side of the kitchen is a raised terrace area with an awning ensuring comfortable shaded outdoor dining during the hot summer months.

The villa is situated in a residential area, on the outskirts of the hillside village of Peyia, and is approximately 1.5 kilometres from the village centre with its Church, supermarket, banks and a selection of traditional tavernas and coffee shops. The resort of Coral Bay with its well known sandy beach and wide selection of international restaurants, cafes, shops and bars is within a 10 minute drive. The town and harbour area of Paphos are within a 25 minute drive.
