Built to the same specification as the sister villa known locally as the Castle, this luxury, stone-built, four-bedroom property is nestled into the hillside, offering breathtaking sea and countryside views.

Completed in 2005 the open-plan living areas are well furnished and fully equipped with all modern conveniences including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave etc, as well as many luxury extras, such as satellite TV and X-Box entertainment system, offering over 100 interactive video games. Also on the ground floor is a guest cloakroom, and the first double bedroom, together with an en-suite shower room with hydro massage jets and steam system.

The three first floor bedrooms all have attractive wooden beamed ceilings. The master double bedroom has a large private balcony with panoramic sea and countryside views, and an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath. The two twin bedded rooms both have private balconies, one offering views over the rolling green hills to the rear, the other offering sea views. Both have en-suite shower rooms with hydro massage shower system. All four bedrooms have air-conditioning, which can be used for either cooling or heating, so the villa can be enjoyed to the full all year round.

The large, overflow swimming pool is set to the side of the property, taking advantage of breathtaking views of the sea and inland hills. Ample sunbeds will be provided, as well as large table and chairs for outdoor dining. To the front is a lawned garden, interspersed with colourful flower beds and the existing mature trees. The villa is reached by a private driveway.

Please Note: A 4x4 vehicle is recommended to explore the surrounding countryside and also as the villa is reached by a partially unmade road.

Argaka is a beautiful, quiet, unspoilt village on the West coast of Paphos where you will find many orchards and deserted beaches, with it's natural coastline and handful of tavernas dotted along the coastal road the village has a laidback atmosphere. Polis, the principal town for the area, huddled around a pedestrianised square with a wide selection of restaurants, tavernas and cafes and organised beach backed by tall Eucalyptus trees is within a 10 minute drive. The seaside resort of Latchi, with its fish tavernas is only a few minutes further on, and here you will find an array of inviting sea-front tavernas with a superb selection of fresh fish and seafood served daily. The town of Paphos can be reached within 45 minutes drive.
