This brand new (August 2006) spacious three bedroom villa is situated on an exclusive cul-de-sac, close to the 5 star Coral Beach and Thalassa hotels in Coral Bay. Tastefully furnished and decorated mainly in soothing cream and beige tones the villa has a feeling of calm and order.

The nearest supermarket, restaurants and bars are within 500 metres of the development whilst the centre of Coral Bay, which has become a lively resort with plenty to offer, is only 1.8 kilometres away, and here you will find a chemist, laundry, several banks, souvenir shops, supermarkets and a wide selection of restaurants, cafes and bars.
