This spacious three bedroom villa is situated on an exclusive cul-de-sac, close to the 5 star Coral Beach and Thalassa hotels in Coral Bay. Tastefully furnished and decorated mainly in soothing cream and beige tones the villa has a feeling of calm and order.
The open plan ground floor features a TV (local channels) with DVD player. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. A shaded terrace area is equipped with a table and chairs, perfect for outdoor dining or lounging in the shade, whilst having the pool in full view. A barbecue allows you to enjoy summer dining al fresco. A private gated driveway leads to a shady parking spot.
