This secluded villa is situated in the area of the impressive Sea Caves and offers stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea. Set in large grounds with private swimming pool and tennis court this villa has so much to offer.

On entering villa on the ground floor into the hall way turn left for a comfortable living area featuring a working fireplace with ‘L' shaped settee, coffee table and built into a wall unit is the television which offers satellite (limited channels), DVD player and CD player. Turning right from the hallway you enter the open plan dining/kitchen area. The dining area has a modern glass dining table and six red chairs. Both the living area and dining area have double sliding patio doors. In the fully fitted kitchen there is an electric oven/gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a table and seating for another 4 people. Walking out the door from the kitchen you will find the purpose built barbeque with external double sink, perfect for the ‘outdoors' cooking. Also found on the ground floor is separate full bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed and patio doors to a private veranda with sea views and views of the fields surrounding the villa.

Leading up the stairs to the first floor you will find a large landing area with chairs to sit and enjoy the views, this landing also has sliding patio doors that opens onto the balcony that runs the length of the villa with views of the swimming pool, tennis court and the sea, there is access to this balcony from both the upstairs bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and ensuite full bathroom plus access to a private balcony. The third bedroom sports two single beds, its own full ensuite bathroom and again its own private balcony.

The villa has a safety deposit box and if requested a baby cot and high chair. There is air conditioning throughout the villa (chargeable locally).

The outside veranda has a table and chairs for six. The swimming pool boasts walk-in steps and a ladder and around the pool you will find sunbeds and umbrellas. There is a private tennis court (equipment available for hire) plus private off road parking and for the children is a plastic playhouse and a swing.

Location - Paphos, Sea Caves

The Sea Caves area is situated in a peaceful location between the popular resort of Coral Bay and the tiny fishing hamlet of St Georges. The coastline in this area is full of natural rock caves making it ideal snorkeling territory, however if you prefer an organized beach then the family oriented resort of Coral Bay is only a short drive away.

The nearest taverna (summer only opening) is a mere 600 metres from the villa. Coral Bay, approximately 3.5 kilometres away, is the well known beach resort for the Paphos district and has become a lively resort with plenty to offer in terms of amenities and activities. The centre of the resort features a wide selection of restaurants offering both Cypriot and International Cuisines, cafes, bars, shops, a choice of supermarkets, several banks, a chemist and a laundry. The resort boasts two sandy beaches, the closest one to the villa being Corallia Bay, the quieter of the two. A little further along the coast is the, the popular and busy Coral Bay Beach, a sandy horseshoe shaped bay honoured with a Blue Flag of the European Union. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available for hire, watersports are on offer and there are two beach cafés providing refreshments.

For a taste of the more traditional, the Church at St George overlooks the modest fishing harbour from where you can enjoy some of the islands most memorable sunset views and enjoy a traditional Cypriot meze meal at one of the small selection of family run tavernas. For nature lovers the start of the protected Akamas Peninsula is just to the north of the village.

Paphos Town approximately 16 kilometres away, was once the capital of the island is now included in the official UNESCO list of cultural and natural treasures of the world's heritage. The remains of villas, palaces, theatres, fortresses and tombs mean that the town is of exceptional architectural and historic value. The well preserved mosaics and the Tombs of the Kings are probably the biggest cultural draw with further archaeological discoveries continually being made. Pano Paphos on the cliff is the main administrative centre and residential district while Kato Paphos, by the sea, is the main tourist area built around the harbour and medieval port.

The Paphos Bird and Animal Park with its daily parrot shows and the Horse Riding Stables which cater for all ages and abilities are both within the Sea Caves area and only a few minutes drive away. Mini golf, watersports and go-karting are all activities available in the resort of Coral Bay and if you extend your exploring to encompass the town of Paphos, the list of available activities expands to include a snooker hall, bowling alley, waterpark, several Heritage sites, attractive harbour area and modern shopping facilities.

For golf enthusiasts there are 3 golf courses; Tsada Golf Course, Secret Valley Golf Course and Aphrodite Hills Golf Course within approximately 45 minutes drive.

The villa was great but quite isolated and "open". The owner Chris and his fiancee were very helpful...we had a problem finding the villa, our fault, the instructions were 2.9km from the hotel but we didn't think and our car was in miles not kilometres but Chris soon directed us ! Chris , very kindly let us stay in the villa a couple of hours longer than he needed and was helpful.
