A substantial 4 bedroom villa, situated immediately in front of the Mediterranean sea. This spacious villa offers a very good degree of privacy and boasts breathtaking views of the sea.

The accommodation is arranged over three levels.  The lower level houses a large garage with remote control operated door, utility room with washing machine, games room with pool table and small kitchen with fridge.  Also found on the lower level is a sauna (bookable at an extra supplement) and shower room with high pressure shower, a twin bedroom with full Bathroom. 

The ground floor level consists of a spacious living/dining room equipped with Sony flat screen television, satellite television (limited channels) DVD player, VCR and working fireplace.  The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and ceramic hob, American style fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher.

Two double bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom and  one twin bedroom can be found on the first floor.  Air conditioning units* installed throughout (9 in total).  Central heating* is available for the cooler periods.

Outside the villa is a kidney shaped private swimming pool, covered terrace, sun loungers, table & chairs, brick built BBQ and lawned garden area.

The villa is found at the end of a no-through road in the coastal village of Kissonerga, famous in Cyprus for it's banana plantations.  The villa is located only 100 metres from the sea and within a 5 minute stroll of a small beach. A handful of tavernas, cafes and a mini market are within easy walking distance of the villa. The well known sandy beach at Coral Bay honoured with the Blue Flag of the European Union, is approximately a 5 minute drive away and the town of Paphos , with its heritage sites, modern shopping facilities and attractive harbour area is approximately a 10 minute drive away.
