This charming bungalow style 3 bedroom stone villa is set on an exclusive residential area in the hillside village of Peyia . With wooden beamed ceilings and whitewashed walls, which contrast starkly with dark wood furnishings, there is an air of tradition and a feeling of cosiness to this delightful villa.The elevated position of this villa ensures it enjoys enviable panoramic views stretching across the countryside and ravine towards the sea.

The comfortably furnished living area is dominated by the working corner stone fireplace and is equipped with SKY satellite television (limited channels) and a DVD player. The kitchen is accessed through an archway and is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. 

The 3 bedrooms are located along the corridor leading from the lounge.  The master double bedroom has a full en-suite bathroom and patio doors that lead directly onto the pool terrace.  There are two further twin bedrooms each with en-suite shower rooms.  One of these shower rooms also has direct access from the corridor so can be used as a separate guest cloakroom. 

Ceiling fans are installed in the living area and the kitchen and all rooms have been fitted with flyscreens.  All 3 bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning units which are included in the price

The swimming pool is surrounded by a large sunbathing terrace fully equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, a barbeque, and a wooden table and chairs perfect for enjoying relaxed outdoor dining on those warm summer evenings.  The well tended garden area is planted with young fruit trees and fragrant jasmin and honeysuckle climb the perimeter wall.

 

The centre of Peyia village with it's supermarket, banks, coffee shops, bakery and pharmacy is within a 10-15 minute walk, and the village offers a good selection of traditional tavernas offering the famous Cypriot meze style of dining. The resort of Coral Bay with its well known sandy beach and large selection of restaurants, cafes and bars is within an 8 minute drive. The town of Paphos with its heritage sites, modern shopping facilities and attractive harbour area is within a 20 minute drive.
