This charming bungalow style stone villa is set on an exclusive residential area in the hillside village of Peyia . The wooden beamed ceilings and whitewashed walls, contrast starkly with the dark wood furnishings, giving an air of tradition and a feeling of cosiness to this delightful property.
The elevated position of this villa ensures it enjoys enviable panoramic views stretching across the countryside and ravine towards the sea.
The living area is dominated by the corner stone fireplace and is comfortably furnished with sofas, SKY satellite television (limited channels) and a DVD player. The kitchen is accessed through an archway and is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. The dining table comfortably seats six.
The 3 bedrooms are located along the corridor leading from the lounge. The master double bedroom has a full en-suite bathroom and patio doors that lead directly onto the pool terrace. There are two further twin bedrooms each with en-suite shower rooms. One of these shower rooms also has direct access from the corridor so can be used as a separate guest cloakroom.
Flyscreens are fitted throughout the villa and ceiling fans are installed in both the living area and the kitchen. Each bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning unit for both cooling and heating which is included in the price. A safety deposit box is provided and a hairdryer can be supplied on request. Beach towels are also thoughtfully provided for guests use. A baby cot can be provided on request for a small fee payable locally.
The swimming pool is surrounded by a large sunbathing terrace fully equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, a barbeque, and a wooden table and chairs perfect for enjoying relaxed outdoor dining on those warm summer evenings. The well tended garden area is planted with young fruit trees and fragrant jasmin and honeysuckle climb the perimeter wall.
