The ground floor consists of an open plan living/dining room/kitchen area.  Entertainment is provided by the satellite TV (limited channels) and CD player.  The kitchen is equipped with an oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and there is an additional kitchenette on the landing equipped with a fridge, electric hob, sink and sofa.

A twin bedded room is located on the ground floor along with a separate shower room.  The master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a further twin bedded room with en-suite shower room are located on the first floor.  All three bedrooms have air-conditioning, which can be used for either cooling or heating, and are included in the price

Outside the 10 x 5 metre private swimming pool is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, a poolside shower, barbecue, table and chairs.  Private parking for several cars

Peristerona is a beautiful quiet inland village, which is approximately 10 minutes drive to the traditional town of Polis, and 50 minutes drive to Paphos town centre and airport. Within 15 minutes drive of the villa are the fishing resort of Latchi, the famous 'Baths of Aphrodite' and the unspoilt Akamas Peninsular.
