This beautiful villa is located in the prestigious Secret Valley Golf Resort. It is popular all year round for both golfing holidays and family holidays. For golf enthusiasts there are three excellent golf courses in the area, Secret Valley, Aphrodite Hills and Elia Golf Clubs.

The villa is modern, spacious and well equipped. The first floor has an open plan living/dining/kitchen area. The living area has a cream suite comprising of two sofas and two armchairs. For entertainment there is a wall mounted television which has satellite channels (limited) plus a DVD player. The dining area boasts a rectangle dining table and six chairs. The fully fitted kitchen offers an electric oven and hob plus fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a guest cloakroom.

On the second floor you will find the master bedroom which has a double bed and ensuite shower facilities, there is a private balcony with an external sofa and coffee table where you can relax and take in the stunning sea views and overlooking the beautiful gardens and private pool. The second bedroom has two single beds. The master and second bedroom both sport a wall mounted television and DVD player. The third bedroom has a double bed. On this floor is also a full family bathroom.

The villa has air conditioning for both cooling and heating throughout plus a hairdryer. A baby cot and high chair can be provided upon request.

Outside you will find stunning mature gardens with a lawn area made of ‘astro-turf' giving a perfect green lawn all year round. The owners have thoughtfully included a children's slide on the lawn area. On the veranda you will find external table and chairs and to the right of the veranda is a purpose built barbeque. The large private swimming pool has sunbeds surrounding it. There is also a private driveway with covered parking.
