This single storey villa is set in an elevated position amidst landscaped gardens, commanding magnificent views of the Paphos coastline, Mediterranean Sea, countryside and surrounding banana plantations. The tranquil and picturesque setting is perfect for a relaxing holiday. This villa is situated in the same area as Villa 413, making the two villas the ideal choice for the larger party wishing to holiday together. However, each villa is surrounded by well established gardens and trees thereby ensuring privacy for both villas.

There is an open plan living/dining/kitchen area. The living area features a TV (local channels only), small radio/cassette/CD player and DVD player. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. The double bedroom has an en-suite shower room, one of the twin bedrooms has an en-suite shower room and the remaining twin bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The villa has air-conditioning* to all bedrooms, for cooling and heating. A hairdryer is provided.

The 10 metre x 5 metre private swimming pool has walk-in steps, and the sunbathing terrace is equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, table, chairs and barbecue. Private driveway with parking for several cars.

Please Note: While the villa is only 600 metres from Coral Bay, a car is recommended, as the road that leads to Coral Bay is up a steep unmade road.

The village of Peyia, the beach resort of Coral Bay and Paphos town centre, are all easily accessible by car. The resort of Coral Bay with its sheltered sandy beach is a short distance from the villa and here you will find many International restaurants, bars and shops. The hillside village of Peyia, behind Coral Bay, is approximately 5 minutes drive inland from the villa and offers a small collection of traditional tavernas and coffee shops. The town of Paphos with it's Heritage sites, modern shopping facilities and attractive harbour area is within a 15 minute drive.
