A modern, three-bedroom villa, with a 500 square metre garden, situated amongst the cool tropical banana plantations that surround the village of Kissonerga on the west coast of Cyprus. Only 15 meters from the Mediterranean shoreline with its unobstructed sea view of just 'blue', and refreshing sea mists at every break of the waves.

The open plan living/dining/kitchen area features an open fireplace for log fires, satellite TV (limited channels), DVD player and music system. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.  The dining table seats 8.  A twin bedded room with en-suite shower room and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (with jacuzzi bath) are found on the ground floor along with a seperate guest cloakroom. 

A further twin bedded room with en-suite shower room is located on the first floor. All three bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning units* and a safety deposit box is located in the master bedroom.

Outside the 8 metre x 4 metre private swimming pool with walk-in steps is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, tables and chairs.  A barbecue is provided for summer dining al fresco.

The villa is in the coastal village of Kissonerga. A mere 600 metres away is the small sandy cove at Vardas Beach which offers a small selection of watersports. A selection of restaurants, tavernas and a mini market can be found within easy walking distance. The famous sandy beach at Coral Bay is only a 5 minute drive away. The town of Paphos with its heritage sites and harbour area is approximately a 10 minute drive away.
