This villa is set in an elevated position amidst beautifully landscaped gardens, commanding magnificent views of the Paphos coastline, countryside and surrounding banana plantations. The tranquil and picturesque setting is perfect for a relaxing holiday. This villa is situated in the same area as Villa 410, making the two villas the ideal choice for the larger party wishing to holiday together. However, each villa is surrounded by well established gardens and trees thereby ensuring privacy for both villas.

The main house has an open plan living/dining/kitchen area. There is a TV (local channels only), CD/ radio/cassette player and DVD player. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave and dishwasher. Dining table seats 6. There are 3 bedrooms in the main house, a double master bedroom with en-suite shower room and 2 further twin bedrooms with separate shared bathroom. On the upper floor, accessed via an external staircase there is a separate self contained studio apartment for a further 2 persons, with a single bed, sofa bed, kitchenette, shower room and private roof terrace, available at an extra charge, for full details please see villa 560. The villa has air-conditioning to all bedrooms at a supplement (see below) and full central heating throughout.

 A large sun terrace with outdoor dining facilities leads from the living area with steps down to the garden and swimming pool (measuring approximately 8m x 4m, with walk-in steps) with sun loungers, umbrellas, table, chairs and BBQ.

Please Note: While the villa is only 600 metres from Coral Bay, a car is recommended, as the road that leads to Coral Bay is a steep unmade road.

The village of Peyia, the beach resort of Coral Bay and Paphos town centre, are all easily accessible by car. The resort of Coral Bay with its sheltered sandy beach is a short distance from the villa and here you will find many International restaurants, bars and shops. The hillside village of Peyia, behind Coral Bay, is approximately 5 minutes drive inland from the villa and offers a small collection of traditional tavernas and coffee shops The town of Paphos with it's Heritage sites, modern shopping facilities and attractive harbour area is within a 15 minute drive.
