Cyprus Holiday Villa V414 Cyprus - Paphos, Kissonerga3 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, Sleeps 7 This villa lies along the coastal road that connects Coral Bay to Paphos and is only 150 metres from the sea and is secluded from any other properties since it is located within a field of 5,000 sq. metres and surrounded by sub tropical banana plantations. The villa offers panoramic views of the bay with its turquoise clear waters and breathtaking sunsets. The ground floor consists of an open plan living/dining/kitchen area. The living area features a working fireplace and entertainment is provided by the satellite TV (limited channels), DVD player and CD/radio/cassette player. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine and the dining table seats 6. One twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a separate cloakroom are found on the ground floor. The remaining bedrooms are located on the first floor: a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms and the living area have air-conditioning units for cooling and heating purposes*. A baby cot, highchair and camp bed (suitable for a child under the age of 12 years) can be provided. Outside the villa leading from the patio doors of the living area and the downstairs twin bedroom is a private swimming pool 8 metres x 4 metres. The large veranda surrounding the pool is equipped with sun loungers and patio table with chairs. The villa is also equipped with a barbeque for alfresco dining. Please note: that the owner requests a changeover day of Sunday, however, other days may be considered on request. Location - Paphos, KissonergaSituated on the edge of the village of Kissonerga, this villa is within walking distance of a couple of restaurants, a bar and a supermarket. The lively resort of Coral Bay with it's large selection of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, cafes and its' well known sandy beach honoured with the blue flag of the European Union is within 3 kilometres. The town and harbour areas of Paphos are within a 15 minute drive.
