A large, tastefully furnished, 4-bedroom villa located in a quiet, elevated position with breathtaking views. This villa is situated in the same area as Villa 426, making the two villas the ideal choice for the larger party wishing to holiday together. However, each villa is totally private, being separated by a fenced terrace, decorated with attractive potted plants.

The open plan living/dining/kitchen area features a television (local channels only) and Hi-fi.  The kitchen is equipped with oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and the dining table seats 8.  A seperate guest cloakroom and a small bedroom with bunk beds are situated on the ground floor.  The master double bedroom with en-suite shower room is located on the first floor along with a further double bedroom and a twin bedroom which share the full family bathroom.

The villa has air-conditioning* (for cooling or heating) throughout and central heating for the winter months.
 
The private swimming pool with walk in steps can be heated*. Sunbeds, umbrellas, poolside shower and barbecue area.  A separate kitchenette with gas hob, fridge and the washing machine is situated by the pool area.

The villa is situated on the outskirts of the village of Chlorakas, within a short drive of the sea, Paphos town and pedestrianised harbour. The resort of Coral Bay with many international restaurants, bars, shops and protected sandy beach is approximately 10 minutes drive from the villa along the coastal road. Paphos airport is within 20 minutes drive.

Rates include:   Weekly cleaning service & Welcome Grocery Pack.  Air conditioning (for cooling and heating) is optional, payable locally at the rate of 4.50 Euros per unit per day, except for the large living room unit which is charged for at 8.50 Euros per day.
