A luxury 4 bedroom villa, within 300 metres of the sea in the peaceful village of Ayia Marina, near the quaint, traditional town of Polis.

The spacious lounge offers satellite TV (limited channels), DVD player, and an open fireplace.  This in turn leads through to the dining room, which comfortably seats 8 around the large table, and has a further sofa. The kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences including microwave, electric oven and ceramic hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.  The first double bedroom is situated on the ground floor, together with a shower room adjacent.

The marble staircase leads up to the three further bedrooms.  Master double bedroom with 14? TV, en-suite shower room and balcony with sea views. One further double bedroom with balcony overlooking the swimming pool, and one twin bedded room, sharing the full family bathroom.  The villa offers air-conditioning in all bedrooms and living areas (6 units in total, see below*).

Patio doors from the lounge lead out to a shaded veranda and the pool terrace, set with 7 sunbeds. Well-maintained kidney-shaped swimming pool (approx 8m x 4m) and poolside shower. A side terrace with a purpose built barbeque area and a table and chairs make the perfect place for relaxed, outdoor dining, overlooking the pool and lawned garden.

The swimming pool can be heated (see below*), and the villa offers full central heating throughout, which is included in the price, so this property can be enjoyed to the full all year round.

Please Note: This villa stipulates a Wednesday changeover.

The small village of Ayia Marina is set on the stretch of unspoilt coastline leading from the town of Polis to the small Port at Pomos. Polis Town offers a wide range of facilities, including restaurants, tavernas, cafes and shops, which can be reached within 10 minutes drive. Paphos Town Centre is approximately 45 minutes drive.
