A colourful collection of just 10 villas, each with private swimming pool and situated within 100 metres of the sea in Latchi, Paphos. Each villa has been designed with attention to privacy, and has been built in traditional Cypriot style with colourful paintwork, wooden shutters, beamed ceilings and stone floors throughout. There are a number of two bedroom villas, each being identical in terms of facilities and lay-out, the only differences being in the colours of the paintwork and the interior soft furnishings, in order to give each villa an individual touch.

The ground floor consists of a kitchen/diner and separate living area.  There is a working fireplace, CD player and TV (local channels only).  A DVD player is available upon request.  The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and 2 electric cooking rings, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and the dining table seats 4.  There's a shower room on the ground floor along with a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom on the first floor.  A twin bedroom and a separate shower room are located on the first floor.  Both bedrooms have air-conditioning units*, which can be used for either cooling or heating.

The private swimming pool has walk-in steps and built-in hydro-massage jets.  Sunbeds, umbrellas, table and chairs, and a purpose built barbeque area are provided.  Lawned gardens.  Private parking area.

The fishing village of Latchi with it's popular harbour-front fish tavernas can be reached within just a couple of minutes drive, as can the centre of the quaint town of Polis. Beyond Latchi are the famous 'Baths of Aphrodite' and the protected Akamas Penninsular for those that enjoy nature up close. Paphos Town and Harbour can be reached within 40 minutes and Paphos Airport approximately 50 minutes drive.
