A large 4 bedroom Villa situated in a peaceful, private location, in the beautiful and unspoilt village of Peristerona. This spacious villa offers great privacy and peace and quiet together with fantastic scenery.

On the ground floor there is a spacious open plan living/dining room and kitchen.  The living room has satellite TV (limited channels), DVD player, HI-FI with CD player and radio.  The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and the dining table seats 8.   A double bedroom (four poster bed) and separate shower room are located on the ground floor along with a separate cloakroom.
 
The three remaining bedrooms are found on the first floor: a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and two twin bedded rooms, one of which has an en-suite shower room.  Also located on this floor is a full family bathroom (with Jacuzzi whirlpool bath).  All bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning units, which are included in the price.

Outside, there is a 10m x 5m private swimming pool with walk-in steps, which has superb panoramic views over the rolling mountainous countryside. There is a pergola, sun beds and umbrellas, table and chairs, shower, brick built barbecue and traditional clay oven.

Peristerona is a quiet, traditional, inland village just 10 minutes drive from the main town of Polis and approximately 30 minutes drive from Paphos town and harbour. In Polis you will find many shops, restaurants and cafes located on the pedestrianised centre away from all the passing traffic. Close to the town of Polis is the small fishing harbour of Latchi where one can sit at the many waterfront tavernas watching the local catch come in. Beyond Latchi are the well known 'Baths of Aphrodite' and the Akamas Peninsula.
