This brand new (2007) tastefully furnished and well equipped villa is within easy walking distance of the centre of Protaras and the well known sandy beach at Fig Tree Bay.

The open plan ground floor consists of a living, dining and kitchen area. The living area features a modern L shaped sofa, with entertainment being provided by the LCD flatscreen TV (limited satellite channels), DVD player, CD player and Playstation 2. The dining area features an extendable wooden dining table which comfortably seats 6 and the modern kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. A guest cloakroom is located on this floor.

All three tastefully furnished bedrooms are located on the first floor. The two double bedrooms share a balcony which stretches the length of the building and overlooks the pool area towards the sea. The final bedroom is a twin bedroom. A full family bathroom is also located on this floor.

All three bedrooms and the living area are equipped with air conditioning units for both cooling and heating, which are included in the price. A safety deposit box is also supplied and a babycot and highchair can be provided.

Outside the private 8 metre x 4 metre swimming pool with ladder access is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, a table and chairs.  A BBQ has been provided for summer dining al fresco.

Situated at the end of a quiet cul de sac the villa is a mere 800 metres from the main strip of Protaras which boasts a wide range of friendly restaurants, cosy tavernas, bars and shopping opportunities to suit the whole family. At the heart of the strip is the well known sandy beach of Fig Tree Bay which benefits from an abundance of facilities for watersports enthusiasts. For those who prefer a less commercialised atmosphere there is a small pebble and rock cove within a few minutes walk of the villa.
