These brand new neighbouring 3 bedroom villas each with their own private pool are situated an a quiet complex only a five minute walk to the small sheltered sandy beach at Sirena Bay. These two storey villas are stylishly furnished with elegant finishing touches and attention to detail.

The ground floor is open plan and features a living area furnished with stylish sofas, a TV (limited satellite channels), DVD player and CD player.  The modern kitchen is equipped with an electric oven & hob, microwave and washing machine. The dining table comfortably seats 6. A guest cloakroom is located on this floor.

Stairs lead to the first floor where all three bedrooms are located. The master double bedroom features an en-suite shower room and there is a further double bedroom and a twin bedded room which share the full family bathroom. All beds boast orthopedic mattresses and each bedroom and the living area are equipped with air conditioning units, which are included in the price. A safe box is also available. 

 

The 7 metre x 3 metre private swimming pool is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas and a poolside shower.  Tucked away to the side of the villa is a wooden table and chairs perfect for outdoor dining, utilising the BBQ that has thoughtfully been provided.

In a quieter location away from Perneras main beaches and tucked in between two smaller sandy coves, this is a less commercialised area that retains the charm of a small sleepy village centred around a pretty little fishing harbour, whilst being only a stones throw from the bustling main resort. With a couple of restaurants and a supermarket within easy walking distance and the busy Pernera area with its wider selection of restaurants, shops and bars being only 1.5 kms away. A bus service runs regularly to the areas of Protaras and Ayia Napa. Watersports and boat trips are available from the Golden Coast Hotel Marina.
