The comfortably furnished lounge/dining room has satellite TV (limited channels), DVD player and a dining table and 6 chairs. The kitchen is equipped with washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric oven and ceramic hob. A guest cloakroom is also located on this level.

The marble staircase leads up to the three bedrooms. The master double bedroom has an en-suite shower room and two twin bedded rooms and a full family bathroom complete the accommodation. Air-conditioning units* (for cooling or heating) are available in all bedrooms and lounge payable as an optional supplement.

Patio doors from the lounge and kitchen lead outside to a private veranda overlooking the swimming pool, furnished with a table and 6 easy chairs.

Sunbeds are provided around the communal swimming pool, and there are even changing rooms and showers nearby, all just for the use of residents of these 4 properties.

The location is superb for those wishing to be close to all the facilities of the resort. The centre of Coral Bay with it's restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets is just a couple of minutes walk, and the beach can be reached within 10 minutes stroll. This is a great base for a relaxing holiday in comfortable, good value accommodation, with a multitude of facilities close at hand.
