Cosy and warm in winter, cool and fresh in summer, the villa's stone walls are adorned with many old artefacts and antiques. Enjoy the peace and tranquillity lying around the swimming pool or under the walnut and pomegranate trees in the delightful courtyard.

The cottage has a spacious large living room with TV, combined with a kitchen, fully furnished and equipped, with an extraordinary large fireplace and stone walls adorned with many old artefacts and antiques. There are 3 bedrooms (2 doubles and 1 twin) and a shower room. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms.  Central heating throughout.

Pano Arodes is a picturesque unspoilt village set amongst trees and vineyards. Mainly a wine-growing village with some cultivated almond, carob and olive trees, it's a great base from which to explore the unspoilt and protected Akamas Peninsula and nature trails. A traditional Cypriot coffee shop/bar is found in the village square, with a larger mini market and several tavernas being located in the village of Kathikas, less than 4 kilometres away. The popular resort of Coral Bay with its well-known sandy beach is approximately 18 kilometres away and the traditional town of Polis and the small seaside resort of Latchi are approximately 15 kilometres away.
