Cosy and warm in winter, cool and fresh in summer, the villa's stone walls are adorned with many old artifacts and antiques. Enjoy the peace and tranquility lying around the swimming pool or under the walnut and pomegranate trees in the delightful courtyard.

The cottage has a spacious large living room with TV showing local tv channels, combined with a kitchen, fully furnished and equipped, with a large fireplace and dinning table seating 4 with additional chairs available.

You will then find the three bedrooms (2 double and 1 twin bedded rooms) all with the luxury of ceiling fans and central heating.

Outside there is a shaded area where you can sit and enjoy a meal with the peace and tranquility. Sunbeds and umbrellas are found together with the 8 x 4 metre swimming pool.

Pano Arodes is a picturesque unspoilt village set amongst trees and vineyards. Mainly a wine-growing village with some cultivated almond, carob and olive trees, it's a great base from which to explore the unspoilt and protected Akamas Peninsula and nature trails. A traditional Cypriot coffee shop/bar is found in the village square a local tavern and a small mini market, with a larger mini market and several tavernas being located in the village of Kathikas, less than 4 kilometres away.

Polis the principal town for the region is within an easy 10 minute drive. This traditional town, huddled around a pedestrianised square is a great place to browse the many shops, enjoy a coffee watching the world pass by or dine at any of the wide selection of restaurants, tavernas and cafes which radiate out from the centre. Polis offers the nearest organized beach to the villas backed by tall Eucalyptus trees.

The seaside resort of Latchi, with its well known sea food tavernas is only a few minutes drive from Polis, and here you will find an array of inviting sea-front tavernas with a superb selection of fresh fish and seafood served daily. Beyond Latchi you will find the well known 'Baths of Aphrodite' and for the more adventurous explorer the protected Akamas Peninsular with its many walking trails.

Polis and its neighbouring villages count bowling, go-karting, fishing, cycling, watersports and scuba diving amongst the many activities on offer to visitors.

The popular resort of Coral Bay with its well-known sandy beach is approximately 18 kilometres away.

The town of Paphos with its World Heritage Sites, modern shopping facilities, waterpark and attractive harbour area is within a 50 minute drive.

Fantastic villa - go whilst you can! Everything and more that we could have hoped for. Felt a true break from the hurly-burly of life. Ideal if you want to switch off and relax. Lovely charm and character. We had two young children with us who loved it. Wouldn't hesitate to go back or recommend it.
