Cyprus Holiday Villa V450 Cyprus - Paphos, Tala3 Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom, 2 Shower rooms, Sleeps 6 This brand new (July 2006) high specification villa is situated at the end of a peaceful cul de sac, only a few minutes walk from Tala Village Square with its small collection of restaurants and tavernas. The open plan ground floor features a kitchen equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The living area with feature fireplace is stylishly furnished with a chocolate brown suite, flatscreen TV (limited satellite channels), DVD player and CD player. The dining area is furnished with a dining table that comfortably seats 6. The first double bedroom with kingsize bed is located on the ground floor and has patio doors that open directly on to the pool terrace. A separate shower room is also located on this floor. Stairs lead to the first floor where the remaining bedrooms are located. The spacious master double bedroom also features a kingsize bed and has a full en-suite bathroom and patio doors that lead onto a large balcony with sea views. The final bedroom is a twin bedded room with an en-suite shower room and a private balcony overlooking the swimming pool. All bathrooms have heated towel rails. Air conditioning is provided in all bedrooms, the living area and kitchen. A safe box is available. The large 10m x 5m private pool is surrounded by a large sunbathing terrace equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and a poolside shower. An 'Outback' gas BBQ is provided along with a table and chairs for outdoor dining on those hot summer evenings. Young landscaped gardens planted with an olive and lemon trees surround the villa which are dotted with colourful hibiscus borders. Privacy fencing to the front of the garden provides additional screening and the villa has its own shaded private parking place. Location - Paphos, TalaTala village is well know for its cooling summer breezes during those hot summer months and from its elevated position enjoys fantastic views of the Mediterranean coast. The delightful village square has a small selection of restaurants, tavernas and traditional coffee shops. Standing proudly in the hills above the village is the imposing 12th Century Monastery of Saint Neophytos. Tala is only a 20 minutes drive from the popular resort of Coral Bay with its well known sandy beach and a 15 minute drive from the town of Paphos with its Heritage sites, harbour area and wide selection of shops.
