The open plan ground floor consists of two living areas, a dining area and kitchen. There is a TV (limited satellite channels), DVD player and CD player. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine and the dining table seats 6. The first double bedroom is situated on the ground floor along with a separate shower room.

Two twin bedrooms, each with an en-suite shower room, and a further double bedroom with en-suite bathroom are found on the first floor.  All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning units* and a baby cot and highchair are also available.

Outside the freeform 8 metre x 3.5 metre private swimming pool is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace and lawned garden equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, a poolside shower, built in barbecue, table and chairs.

The coastline in this area is full of natural rock caves making it ideal snorkelling territory and for nature lovers the start of the protected Akamas Peninsula is just to the north of the village. A taverna is located next door to the villa with the lively beach resort of Coral Bay with it's wider selection of shops, bars and restaurants, mini golf and go karting being only a 5 minute drive away. The tiny fishing hamlet of St George with it's selection of Cypriot tavernas, serving many traditional dishes, is within 3 kilometres. Both the Pafos Bird and Animal Park with it's daily parrot shows and the Horse Riding Stables which cater for all ages and abilities, are within a 5 minute drive. The town of Paphos with its many Heritage sites, modern shopping opportunities, and attractive harbour area is approximately a 25 minute drive away.
