From the front door a short flight of steps leads to the open plan kitchen, living and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. A separate small utility room houses the washing machine, iron and ironing board. The simply furnished living area features a working fireplace, TV, DVD player and CD player and has patio doors that open onto a spacious balcony with a barbecue, table and chairs for summer al fresco dining overlooking the pool and gardens. A cloakroom is also located on this floor.

The first floor consists of three bedrooms. The large master double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and the two twin bedrooms share the separate full bathroom. A safe box is also available.

The town of Paphos with its Heritage sites, modern shopping facilities and attractive harbour area is only a few minutes drive away as is the lively beach resort of Coral Bay, with its selection of international restaurants, cafes, bars, mini golf and Go-Karting.
