Tastefully furnished throughout, this high standard, modern property offers three double bedrooms and a private swimming pool. To the front of the villa is a lawn with mature palm trees and to the rear a small gravelled garden with fruit trees. Throughout the grounds are dotted with colourful terracotta pots and palms.

The ground floor consists of an open plan living/dining/kitchen area. There is a TV (local channels only), DVD player, and CD stereo system with surround sound. The kitchen area is equipped with an oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. The dining table seats 8 and there is a breakfast bar with bar stools for less formal dining.

One double bedroom and a shower room are located on the ground floor. Two further double bedrooms and a full bathroom are located on the first floor. The villa has air-conditioning throughout, which is included in the price. A safety deposit box and hairdryer are available and pool towels are supplied. A baby cot and highchair can be provided on request for a small fee.

Outside the 7 metre x 3.5 metre private swimming pool is equipped with sunbeds and a barbecue.

Location - Protaras, Pernera

Once an area of scrubland on a narrow coastal plain between Cape Greco and Paralimni, Protaras is now a modern resort boasting some of the islands finest beaches. Lying between Paralimni and Protaras, is the smaller family oriented beach resort of Pernera. Smaller and quieter than neighbouring Protaras the resort has plenty to offer including a small cove approximately 300 metres from the villa and a good selection of shops, restaurants and bars within 600 metres of the villa.

Approximately 5 kms away in the centre of Protaras is Fig Tree Bay, the most well known beach in the area. With its clear and shallow turquoise sea and fine golden sand, this beach understandably appeals to both visitors and locals alike. By day Protaras is a sleepy beach resort, coming alive after dark and offering a wide range of friendly restaurants, cosy tavernas, bars and shopping opportunities to suit the whole family.

Moving away from the main resorts you will discover the delights of picturesque Konnos Bay, the rocky coastline of Cape Greco or quieter more remote swimming spots in the outlying suburbs of Sirena Bay, Ayia Triada and Kapparis.

Ayia Napa (approximately 14 kilometres away) once a small fishing village was more recently promoted as a clubbers paradise with a varied and vibrant nightlife concentrated in the towns central square. Families are rediscovering the delights of the resort by steering away from the square and spending days on the beautiful blue flag beaches and mellow evenings strolling the pedestrianised harbour area and dining at one its selection of cafes and restaurants.

Take a break from the beaches and occupy your time by exploring the surrounding villages sprinkled with windmills and small churches. Dominating the Protaras area on a solitary rock outcrop is the chapel of the Prophet Elias. A climb of many steps is needed to reach the top of the hill, but worth it as you will be rewarded with an amazing view of the Protaras coastline. As the nearest town to the now deserted settlement of Famagusta, Deryneia is possibly best known for its view of the ghost town, which, once a major tourist resort, now lies empty.

Family activities in the area include the magic dancing water show with its spectacular 12 metre high fountains “dancing” to Mozart, Beethoven, Bach and Greek music and an Ocean Aquarium which boasts more than 400 different species with the main attraction being the penguin house. Ayia Napa boasts the biggest themed waterpark in Europe with exhilarating rides providing fun and entertainment for all age groups.

Outdoor activities in the area include mini golf, water-sports, go-karting, horse riding and hiking or cycling along the network of nature trails and specialist cycle paths through the Cape Greco National Park.

The villa was lovely and in a perfect location for us, close to shops and restaruants, but nice and quiet. We needed to call out maintenance - as we couldn't open the safe. The guy who came out was great - arrived straight away and was very helpful. . The service was brilliant. We also met him again on our last day as we were packing up (sadly) - really helpful and friendly guy. The pool was cleaned regularly. Would be a pleasure to come back to this lovely place - thank you!!!

The villa was great plenty of room inside & out.The pool was also great cleaned nearly every day. Rent Cyprus Villas were very helpful & answered all my questions promply. The area is pretty quiet,a little noise in the evening from a local hotel (music) but nothing to worry about. Lots of local beaches & coves well within walking distance, free sunbeds on the green near the local beach. All local hotel amenities are avaliable free (pools sunbeds etc) 5mins walk. Plenty of local bars, resturants & entertainment. If you like it busy & lively protaras is 15-20 mins walk, with a great bar/resturant on the way. Small supermarkets are everywhere but if you intend to stock up on food use one of the big ones(not within walking distance). I would certainly recomend this villa.

The only thing that could be improved is the provision of a dust pan and brush, and a sweeping brush, to make keeping the villa clean and tidy a bit easier. Overall an excellent holiday with the standard of service before we left and once in resort far beyond what one generally encounters from large tour operators. It was a pleasure from start to finish and will will definately book with you again.
