Enviably located only 150 metres from the sea is this attractive complex of villas painted in the characteristic blue and white colours associated with the Mediterranean. This charming complex consists of a mixture of single storey and double storey villas, each with its own private swimming pool, set within beautifully tended lawned grounds.

Each villa has an open plan kitchen/living and dining area. The kitchens are equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. The living areas are equipped with a TV with limited Satellite channels, DVD player and CD player.

Each single storey bungalow has a master double bedroom with en-suite shower room, plus two twin bedrooms. There is also a full bathroom and a further separate shower room. In the two storey villas the double master bedroom with en-suite shower room is located on the ground floor, along with an additional guest cloakroom.  There is a safety deposit box in the master double bedroom.  The two twin bedrooms, each with private balcony, are located on the first floor and share a separate full bathroom. Each villa has an alarm system.

Each villa has its own private 8m x 4m swimming pool with sunbeds, umbrellas, BBQ and table and chairs. There is a small selection of bars and restaurants within a 10 minute walk of the villas along with the sandy beach of the St George Hotel.

Please Note: Guests of these villas are welcome to use the facilities of the neighbouring Akteon hotel.

Chloraka is ideally situated midway between Coral Bay and Paphos. There is a small selection of bars, restaurants and a mini market within a 10 minute walk of the villas along with the sandy beach of the St George Hotel. The town of Paphos with its Heritage sites, modern shopping facilities and attractive harbour area is only a 10 minute drive away as is the lively beach resort of Coral Bay, with its selection of international restaurants, cafes, bars, mini golf and Go-Karting.
