This brand new development of 12 high standard villas is situated within 700 metres of the well known sandy beach at Coral Bay .

These two storey villas comprise of an open plan ground floor featuring satellite TV (limited channels) and a DVD player.  The dining area has a dining table which comfortably seats 8 and the kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. A twin bedroom with en suite facilities is located on the ground floor. 

 

Three further bedrooms are located on the first floor. The master double bedroom has its own en suite facilities and private balcony. The two additional twin bedrooms share the full family bathroom on this level. Each of the bedrooms is equipped with air conditioning units for either cooling or heating*.

 

Each villa has its own private pool (approximately 8 metres x 4 metres) surrounded by a sunbathing terrace equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and a poolside shower. A brick built BBQ is provided so al fresco dining on those warm summer evenings can be enjoyed to the full.

The sandy beach at Coral Bay is one of the best in the area, honoured with the Blue Flag of the European Union it is an easy 700 metre stroll from the development. The nearest supermarket, restaurants and bars are a mere 100 metres away and the centre of Coral Bay, which has become a lively resort with plenty to offer is only 1.5 kilometres away, and here you will find a chemist, laundry, several banks, souvenir shops, supermarkets and a wide selection of restaurants, cafes and bars.
