This brand new development (July 2006) of 12 high standard villas is situated within 700 metres of the well known sandy beach at Coral Bay.

These two storey villas comprise of an open plan ground floor with a living area featuring satellite TV (limited channels) and a DVD player. The dining area has a dining table which seats 6 and the kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. A twin bedroom with en suite facilities is located on the ground floor. 

 

Two further bedrooms are located on the first floor, the master double bedroom and an additional twin bedroom, each of which has its own en suite facilites. A large balcony is shared by these two bedrooms. Each villa has a safety deposit box.

 

Each villa has its own private pool (approximately 8 metres x 4 metres) surrounded by a sunbathing terrace equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and a poolside shower. A brick built BBQ is provided so al fresco dining on those warm summer evenings can be enjoyed to the full.

The sandy beach at Coral Bay is one of the best in the area, honoured with the Blue Flag of the European Union it is an easy 700 metre stroll from the development. The nearest supermarket, restaurants and bars are a mere 100 metres away and the centre of Coral Bay, which has become a lively resort with plenty to offer, is only 1.5 kilometres away and here you will find a chemist, laundry, several banks, souvenir shops, supermarkets and a wide selection of restaurants, cafes and bars.
