An extremely spacious, 3 bedroom detached villa set within 25,000 square feet of gardens and with an impressive 13 x 5 metre private swimming pool.

There are a number of 3 bedroom villas on this small, exclusive development, each one being individual in terms of exterior appearance but having identical facilities. Each villa is totally private, being set in extensive mature gardens, giving a feeling of space and seclusion, yet having the benefit of nearby facilities including reception area, with helpful staff and childrens play area.

Each villa has a spacious living room/dining room with fireplace, 29 inch Satellite TV (limited channels), and CD player, a coin operated telephone is available upon request. The kitchens are fully equipped including dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. The villa has 3 spacious bedrooms (one double and two twin bedded rooms) each with en-suite bath/shower rooms, hairdryers, and balconies with superb views.  All bedrooms and the lounge have air-conditioning units*, which can be used for either cooling or heating.

Each villa has it's own large private 13 x 5 metre swimming pool surrounded by extensive sunbathing terraces and large lawned gardens with mature fruit trees and plants. There are ample sunbeds, table and chairs under a shaded veranda, a poolside shower and a built-in barbeque area.

The villa includes twice weekly cleaning service including change of bed sheets and bathroom towels. Daily swimming pool cleaning and garden and orchard maintenance.

The villas are situated in a peaceful location between the popular resort of Coral Bay and the tiny fishing hamlet of St Georges.  There is one taverna (summer opening only) within walking distance of the complex and both the Paphos Bird and Animal Park with it's daily parrot shows and the Horse Riding Stables which cater for all ages and abilities, are within a 5 minute drive.  The resort of Coral Bay with its Blue Flag beach and wide selection of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars is only a 5 minute drive away and the town of Paphos, with its Heritage sites, modern shopping facilities, and attractive harbour area, is only a 25 minute drive away.  There are 3 golf courses; Tsada Golf Course, Secret Valley Golf Course and Aphrodite Hills Golf Course, within approximately 30 minutes drive.
