A luxurious, high quality holiday villa in the Coral Bay/Sea Caves area of Paphos, ideal for those looking for privacy and tranquility. Enjoy the lovely sunshine round the swimming pool facing panoramic views and the Mediterranean sea. The villa enjoys fantastic views from the pool terrace and upper balcony.  This spacious modern style villa, is finished and furnished to a high standard, and its design fully compliments the environment where it is situated. Stones from the area were widely used for the decoration and fencing of the houses.

The bright and airy living area is furnished with comfortable sofas, satellite TV (limited channels) and hi-fi, with doors leading to the outside terrace. There are steps up to the dining area with doors leading to a terrace and the open-plan fitted kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with an elecric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. A twin bedroom is located on the ground floor with an adjacent shower room.

On the first floor are two twin bedrooms, each with en suite shower rooms. The master double room has an en suite bathroom and doors to a private veranda. There is also another double bedroom with en suite shower room.

The villa has a large private swimming pool (5 x10 metre), and a luxury Sauna and Jacuzzi room* perfect for relaxing at all times. Steps lead to a barbecue area located on an extensive sun terrace. The villa is equipped with a safety deposit box, with a baby cot and high chair also available.

The Sea Caves is an outstandingly beautiful and highly sought-after area on the outskirts of the Akamas peninsula (the only Natural park of Cyprus). The villa is close to the well known and popular resort of Coral Bay and the traditional hillside village of Peyia. Coral Bay is a busy and popular resort with a selection of international restaurants, cafes, bars and a well known sandy beach. Peyia is a quiet, hillside village with a well stocked supermarket, banks and small collection of traditional tavernas, coffee shops, bakery and pharmacy.  Paphos Town centre and harbour area with it's many Heritage sites can be reached within 20 minutes drive.

Rates include:   Weekly cleaning service & Welcome Grocery Pack.  Air conditioning (for cooling and heating) is optional and payable in advance.  Sauna and Jacuzzi facilities optional at £155.00-£240.00 per week, depending on the number of persons, booked and payable in advance.

Please note: the owner requests a changeover day of Saturday, however other days may be considered on request.
