This villa offers magnificent views and quality accommodation in a quiet location and is ideal for those looking for privacy and tranquility. This spacious, modern style villa is finished and furnished to a high standard, and its design fully compliments the environment where it is situated. Stones from the area have been widely used for the decoration and fencing of the houses. The villa enjoys fantastic views from the pool terrace and upper balcony.

The bright and airy living area is furnished with comfortable sofas, satellite TV (limited channels) and hi-fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. A twin bedroom is located on the ground floor with an adjacent shower room.  Three further bedrooms are located on the first floor.  The master double bedroom has en-suite bathroom and private balcony and the further double bedroom and twin bedroom share a separate shower room.  The villa is equipped with a safety deposit box and a baby cot and high chair are available.  This villa also boasts both a luxury sauna and Jacuzzi* ensuring a relaxing time.

The villa has a large private 5m x 10m swimming pool with walk in steps, poolside shower, sunbeds, umbrellas and a built in BBQ perfect for summer dining outdoors.  Extensive patio verandas offer panoramic views of the area.

The Sea Caves is an outstandingly beautiful and highly sought-after area on the outskirts of the Akamas peninsula (the only Natural park of Cyprus). The villa is close to the well known and popular resort of Coral Bay and the traditional hillside village of Peyia. Coral Bay is a busy and popular resort with a selection of international restaurants, cafes, bars and a well known sandy beach. Peyia is a quiet, hillside village with a well stocked supermarket, banks and small collection of traditional tavernas, coffee shops, bakery and pharmacy.  Paphos Town centre and harbour area with it's many Heritage sites can be reached within 20 minutes drive.

Rates include:   Weekly cleaning service & Welcome Grocery Pack.  Air conditioning (for cooling and heating) is optional and payable in advance.  Sauna and Jacuzzi facilities are optional at £150.00-£220.00 per week, depending on the number of persons, booked and payable for in advance.

Please note: the owner requests a changeover day of Saturday, however other days may be considered on request.
