The second sitting area is the entertainment area, also furnished with comfortable sofas and featuring a satellite TV (limited channels), DVD player and CD Player. The fully equipped kitchen is complete with an electric oven and hob, microwave and dishwasher, with the fridge/freezer and washing machine being housed in a small utility area just off the kitchen. A double bedroom is located on the ground floor with patio doors directly accessing the pool terrace. A separate full bathroom is found on this floor.

A curving staircase leads to the first floor where two further double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms are located. One double bedroom features a four poster bed and has its own en-suite bathroom and the remaining double bedroom features an ensuite bathroom complete with jacuzzi bath. The two twin bedrooms each have an en-suite shower room and one has a private balcony overlooking the pool and the Dam. The other twin bedroom shares a large balcony with one of the double bedrooms that spans the entire length of the villa and enjoys beautiful views over rolling countryside.

All five bedrooms are fitted with air conditioning units (for both cooling and heating). A hairdryer is available and pool towels are supplied for guests use. A baby cot and highchair can be provided on request.
