This modern 3 bedroom villa with a private swimming pool is located in a holiday complex in Pernera, a few minute’s walk from the beaches of Pernera and the resort centre. The villa is ideal for families looking for a relaxing holiday in a great location.
As you enter the villa, you find the open plan living, kitchen and dining area. The living area offers comfortable seating, a flat screen TV with satellite, a DVD player and free wireless internet access for your entertainment. The dining area has a table for 6 people.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, hob, oven, microwave, washing machine and coffee machine. Patio doors lead you from the dining area to the swimming pool.
A cloakroom is located on the ground floor.
The bedrooms are located on the first floor; a master double bedroom with en-suite shower room and balcony, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with a balcony overlooking the swimming pool. The family bathroom is also on the first floor.
A baby cot and a highchair are available upon request.
The villa is air-conditioned throughout (see rental rates). Please note that the air-conditioning units are installed with time switches.
Outside the 8m x 4m heated swimming pool (see rental rates), sun loungers and outside furniture allows you to relax and enjoy the beautiful Cyprus weather. The furnished terrace together with barbecue gives you the opportunity to enjoy al fresco dining.
Off-street parking is available at the villa.
Location - Famagusta, Protaras
Pernera is a charming resort area which has grown in popularity over the past 10 years due to the development of a number of holiday villas and apartments. The resort is lively during the summer months and hosts a varied selection of restaurants, bars and shops, suitable for couples and families of all ages.
A newly built seafront promenade connects Pernera to the neighbouring resort of Protaras and is an excellent way to view the rugged coastline and visit the numerous sandy beaches that both resorts offer. The promenade is lit up during the evenings and features a number of eateries and bars that can be enjoyed from morning until late evening.
Daily boat trips are available at different points along the Pernera and Protaras coastline, which give a great view of the fabulous coastline and a pass from the outskirts of the abandoned ghost town of Famagusta, which is located to the north of the area.
Popular beaches in Pernera include Kalamies Beach, Pernera Beach and Marlita Beach, all of which are ideal for swimming and offer a selection of fun watersports.
The centre of Protaras is approximately 5km kilometres away and it is here, right at the heart of the strip where you will find the most well known beach in the area, Fig Tree Bay. With its clear and shallow turquoise sea and fine golden sand, this beach understandably appeals to both visitors and locals alike. By day Protaras is a sleepy beach resort, coming alive after dark and offering a wide range of friendly restaurants, cosy tavernas, bars and shopping opportunities to suit the whole family.
Ayia Napa (approximately 10 kilometres away) once a small fishing village was more recently promoted as a clubbers paradise with a varied and vibrant nightlife concentrated in the towns central square. Families are rediscovering the delights of the resort by steering away from the square and spending days on the beautiful blue flag beaches and mellow evenings strolling the pedestrianised harbour area and dining at one its selection of cafes and restaurants.
Family activities in the area include the magic dancing water show with its spectacular 12 metre high fountains “dancing” to Mozart, Beethoven, Bach and Greek music, visiting the open air sculpture park and a variety of boat trips including the exciting Black Pearl Pirate Ship. Ayia Napa also boasts the biggest themed water park in Europe with exhilarating rides providing fun and entertainment for all age groups.
Outdoor activities in the area include mini golf, water-sports, go-karting, horse riding and hiking or cycling along the network of nature trails and specialist cycle paths through the Cape Greco National Park.
Pernera is an excellent base to stay for a relaxing holiday whilst being close enough to the resorts of Protaras and Ayia Napa to enjoy the more vibrant nightlife that they

Notes to Rental Rates
Rates include: Electricity consumption per week up to 250 KWH units, weekly cleaning service (for stays exceeding 13 nights), welcome pack, bed linen, bathroom and pool towels, air conditioning and wireless internet access.
Rates do not include: Electricity consumption exceeding the 250 KWH allowance is charged at 0.30 Euro Cents per KWH, this charge will be deducted from the security deposit. With considerate usage, it is rare to exceed the electricity allowance, however the limitations are in place to ensure that guests are conscious of their usage and consider the environmental impact of excessive electricity consumption.
Prior to your arrival of the property a meter reading will be taken for the electricity and a reading upon your departure will be taken. Where applicable the extra charges will be deducted from the security deposit.

This was out first time renting a villa for a family holiday and we were more than satisfied with our stay. It was lovely to have our own pool, jacuzzi and not have to stick to the hotel routine of meal times. The location was excellent, very close to the facilities of the resort but just far enough away from any noise of the local bars. We'd definitely recommend this complex to families.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this villa. It was clean, spacious and just 5 minutes walk to the centre of Pernera and a lovely beach. The bus stop at the entrance of the development was very handy to travel to Protaras or Ayia Napa in the evenings. We can't wait to visit again in 2014
