This superb 2 bedroom apartment is set in one of the most desirable locations of Aphrodite Hills Resort, the Apollo Heights Village. The apartment located on the first floor is decorated and furnished in a modern and tasteful style, yet is within a few minutes’ walk from the beautiful village square, golf club, spa and tennis academy.
As you enter the villa, you will find the open-plan living and dining room. The living room is beautifully furnished with a large L-shaped sofa, a coffee table, a flat screen TV and wireless internet connection for your entertainment. The adjacent dining area features a wooden dining table with 6 chairs. The room is bright and warm with large patio doors opening out onto a balcony overlooking the rolling hills and mountains.
The fully equipped kitchen is separated by a granite-topped sideboard and is well stocked with all necessary utensils and equipment, including electric oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and integrated dishwasher. The washing machine is housed in a handy utility cupboard off the hallway.
The master bedroom is very spacious and beautifully furnished featuring parquet flooring, a double bed with bedside cabinets, matching lamps, fitted wardrobes and shuttered French doors opening out onto a private balcony. The en-suite bathroom has both a bathtub and a separate shower cubicle, "his and hers" washbasins in a marble vanity unit and a toilet.
The second bedroom is also a twin, also very attractively furnished and beautifully decorated featuring parquet flooring and an en-suite shower room.
The communal swimming pool is few steps away, and all resort amenities are within walking distance, as is the Village Square with its shops and restaurants, Spa and golf clubhouse.

The luxurious 234 hectare Resort is magnificently positioned on two plateaux divided by a dramatic ravine and commands breathtaking sea views of the legendary birthplace of Aphrodite, the Greek goddess of love.

Zias Beach Club is exclusively used by residents of the Aphrodite Hills Resort and is located within a 20 minute drive of the resort. You can relax in this quiet and serene environment on the beautiful pebbled and sandy, child-friendly beach. Zias Beach Club consists of two areas – the complimentary beach facilities offering sun beds, umbrellas and beach towels, and the bar and restaurant facilities set beside a beautiful beach, with the crystal clear blue sea stretching as far as the eye can see.
The resort is conveniently situated approximately 16kms from Paphos International Airport and approximately 80kms from Larnaca Airport, very close to motorway links from both. There are traditional villages nearby including Kouklia which is located to the west and is a quiet, traditional Cypriot village about a 10-minute drive from Aphrodite Hills. It offers good local restaurants, events in the summer, all set in the tranquil surroundings of this sleepy enclave.
Within a 15 minute drive you will reach the village of Pissouri which extends from the traditional village on the hillside down to the sheltered Bay with its clear blue sea. The beach at Pissouri is the proud recipient of a blue flag award and boasts a shoreline that extends for two kilometres. A handful of informal tavernas and restaurants offering a selection of local and international cuisine are found along the fringe of the sand and shingle beach.
A 15 minute drive west will bring you to the town of Paphos with its world heritage sites, modern shopping facilities and attractive harbour area.
