This two bedroom apartment is wonderfully spacious and the carefully chosen fixtures and fittings compliment the space and décor giving an exceptionally modern feel to the apartment.

The spacious open-plan living area comprises of a fully equipped kitchen complete with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, integrated washing machine and dishwasher.  The glass topped dining table comfortably seats 5 people. The living area is furnished with two comfortable sofas and features a flat screen television with satellite TV (limited channels), DVD player, CD, cassette, radio and MP3 player. Double patio doors open onto the large balcony which is furnished with a table and chairs, perfect for outdoor dining, enjoying the views that stretch across the rooftops of the houses on the outskirts of Peyia, toward the sea. A corridor leads to the two bedrooms; a master double bedroom and a large twin bedroom. The twin beds are of the zip and lock style and can be transformed into a second kingsize double bed if preferred. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside tables. In the master bedroom there is a safe box and a hairdryer. There is one full family bathroom with a shower over the bath, vanity unit and downlighters.

All windows are fitted with flyscreens and both bedrooms and the living area are fitted with air conditioning units which can be used for either cooling or heating.   Smoking inside the apartment is not permitted.

The large freeform 19.5m x 8m communal pool is surrounded by an extensive sunbathing terrace equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas and there is a separate shower block located next to the pool.

Situated in the lower part of Peyia, this complex is only 3.5 kms from the popular beach at Coral Bay and 2.5kms from the less well known sandy beach at Corallia Bay .  The centre of the hillside village of Peyia with it's supermarket, banks and small collection of traditional tavernas, coffee shops, bakery and pharmacy is only a couple of minutes drive away and the resort of Coral Bay offers a wide selection of international restaurants, cafes, shops and bars.
