This penthouse apartment situated in the popular Amathusia area of Limassol is ideally placed within easy walking distance (500 metres) of both a sandy beach and a selection of shops and restaurants to suit all tastes.

This spacious 3 bedroom apartment boasts a large verandah that stretches the entire length of the accommodation with a retractable awning providing an additional shaded area. The sea facing verandah overlooks the large communal swimming pool which is set in immaculately presented gardens.

The open plan living, dining and kitchen area with its high ceilings and patio doors is carefully co-ordinated and stylishly furnished in cane. The living area features comfortable sofas, glass topped tables, satellite TV (limited channels), DVD player and CD player. The dining area features a large dining table which can comfortably seat 6, whilst a couple of stools have been provided at the breakfast bar for less formal dining. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine.

The master double bedroom features a spacious en-suite shower room and has patio doors leading onto the verandah. Two twin bedrooms are located at the opposite side of the apartment and share a full family bathroom. The larger of the twin bedrooms also has patio doors leading to the verandah.

Air conditioning units* are provided in all bedrooms, the living area and dining area (5 units in total). Two hairdryers are also available.

The communal pool with walk in steps is surrounded by a large sunbathing terrace and well maintained gardens.

Limassol is ideally placed midway between Paphos and Larnaca, providing easy access from both international airports. Situated close to the 5 star hotels, Hawaii Grand and St Raphael, the development is only 4 kilometres from the main tourist area of Potamos Yermasoyias and 10 kilometres from the old town. A wooden boardwalk along the seafront is perfect for strolling and leads into Limassol. The more energetic holidaymaker can take advantage of the full range of watersports on offer at the sandy beach of Saint Raphael Marina.
