This stunning villa was originally designed by a highly acclaimed Australian designer and completed by a colourful Cypriot Architect.
The luxurious, modern and superbly elegant private villa has uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean and St George’s Island. The villa can sleep up to 14 guests and has been completely outfitted with the most detailed luxury design.
The impressive wooden front door opens on to an elegant lobby area providing all the comfort required to rest after a long journey welcomes you upon arrival. The area, also called “Winter Room”, features two large sofas situated in front of a fireplace and opens onto the outside grounds and swimming area through large sliding doors.
Proceeding further into the villa you will find a grand state-of-art fully-equipped kitchen fitted with Gaggenau appliances including 2 ovens, large fridge/freezer, 2 dishwashers and a microwave oven. The 6 meter breakfast bar provides space for comfortable and relaxed eating and conversation. A dining area with a formal dining table provides seating for up to 10 guests.
The ground floor offers a spacious living area, also called “Island Room”, with plenty of comfortable lounge furniture where large doors offer a light and airy atmosphere.
For entertainment, you will find a 42’’ TV with Satellite channels, CD player, DVD player and PlayStation games console with a few games. A wireless internet access is available.
The ground floor hosts the first two bedrooms of the villa. The first one is a double bedroom with the luxury of an en-suite bathroom, flat screen TV and a DVD player, offering marvellous views of the lawn area and the sea. The bedroom has a private access to the pool area.
The second bedroom comprises of 2 sets of generously sized bunk beds providing accommodation for up to 4 children benefiting from an adjacent luxurious shower room.
Moving to the first floor you will find the remaining 3 bedrooms.
The first bedroom includes 2 sets of generously sized bunk beds suitable for up to 4 children. Adjacent is a shower room and a separate WC.
The remaining 2 bedrooms are located in the master bedroom suite. The suite features 2 large double bedroom areas divided (if required) by a sliding soundproofed wall creating 2 independent double bedrooms each with its own facilities, including 2 fully fitted shower rooms, big wardrobes (one of them a walk-in wardrobe) and large sliding glass walls opening onto separate balconies. The floor to ceiling glass walls offers superb views of the Mediterranean Sea as you open your eyes in the morning.
On the lower ground floor, you will find a utility room area with 2 Miele washing machines and 2 clothes dryers.
The villa has air-conditioning throughout, except in the winter room and is fully central heated and has overhead fans. All of the shutters, doors and windows are crafted in hardwood and painted white.
The outdoor grounds of this property are uniquely designed, perfectly manicured and can be accessed by literally every area of the ground floor.
There are 2 spacious wooden decks equipped with dining furniture (2 stone-built tables comfortably seating 8 guests each and a very large formal table seating 16 guests). For you to experience the true joy of al fresco dining the villa offers a spacious barbecue area with a large worktop and sink.
The garden, which proudly boasts Olive trees, rosemary, lemon trees and lavender (which borders the pool) provides a wonderful aroma all year round of rich enticing garden scents.
The pool area offers comfort for all sunbathing needs. There is a shaded as well as sunny areas equipped with plenty of sun loungers and a table with 4 seats and an umbrella. Should the Mediterranean sun is too hot for you, relax under the thick shade of the big palm tree adjacent to the pool which provides the ideal location to escape the heat with a cold drink. The 18m x 7m infinity pool graduates in depth (1m - 3 m).
Please note that as the swimming pool is not fenced, we strongly recommend that this property is not suitable for children who cannot swim. For your safety, children must be supervised at all times especially when on the upper floor observation deck which is without railings.
Location - Paphos, Sea Caves
The villa nestles into the gentle sloping terrace 300 meters from the water and is near to the local fishing port. The Akamas Peninsula, 10 minutes walk away, which is the National Park of Cyprus, has been described as the “Unspoilt Paradise and the Jewel of Southern Cyprus”.
The Sea Caves area is situated in a peaceful location between the popular resort of Coral Bay and the tiny fishing hamlet of St Georges. The coastline in this area is full of natural rock caves making it ideal snorkelling territory, however, if you prefer an organized beach then the family-oriented resort of Coral Bay is only a 5 minute drive away. The family-oriented resort of Coral Bay is only 4 kilometres away.
Coral Bay is the well-known beach resort for the Paphos district and has become a lively resort with plenty to offer in terms of amenities and activities. The centre of the resort features a wide selection of restaurants offering both Cypriot and International Cuisines, cafes, bars, shops, a choice of supermarkets, several banks, a chemist and a laundry. The resort boasts two sandy beaches, the closest one to the villa being Corallia Bay, the quieter of the two.
A little further along the coast is the popular and busy Coral Bay Beach, a sandy horseshoe shaped bay honoured with a Blue Flag of the European Union. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available for hire, watersports are on offer and there are two beach cafés providing refreshments. For a taste of the more traditional, the Church at St George overlooks the modest fishing harbour from where you can enjoy some of the islands most memorable sunset views and enjoy a traditional Cypriot meze meal at one of the small selection of family run tavernas.
For nature lovers, the start of the protected Akamas Peninsula is just to the north of the village. Paphos Town approximately 13 kilometres away, was once the capital of the island is now included in the official UNESCO list of cultural and natural treasures of the world's heritage. The remains of villas, palaces, theatres, fortresses and tombs mean that the town is of exceptional architectural and historic value. The well preserved mosaics and the Tombs of the Kings are probably the biggest cultural draw with further archeological discoveries continually being made. Ano Pafos on the cliff is the main administrative centre and residential district while Kato Pafos, by the sea, is the main tourist area built around the harbour and medieval port. The Paphos Zoo and the Horse Riding Stables which cater for all ages are both within the Sea Caves area and only a few minutes drive away. Mini golf, watersports and go-karting are all activities available in the resort of Coral Bay and if you extend your exploring to encompass the town of Paphos, the list of available activities expands to include a snooker hall, bowling alley, waterpark, several Heritage sites, attractive harbour area and modern shopping facilities.
For the golf enthusiasts, there are 4 golf courses; Tsada Golf Course, Secret Valley Golf Course, Aphrodite Hills Golf Course and Elea Golf Course all within approximately a 30 minute drive.
For international guests, the villa is located 10 minutes south west of Paphos, 45 minutes from Paphos airport, while it is 1 hour 30 minutes from Larnaca airport.

Great villa with gorgeous views. Cleaning lady and service man were always available when needed but not interfering our privacy, compliments to them. Not so wild about Golden Bay but the port in Paphos was a lively place with great place to eat.
